Every member is valuable and everyone’s time, talents, and efforts are special gifts that are to be appreciated, respected and recognized.We recognize that contributions of time and talent are just as important as financial contributions. We, thus, encourage people to contribute their time by making a conscious effort in participating in our programs to accelerate social and economic change.

One can volunteer on the following issues : We are always looking for people from a variety of backgrounds to volunteer with us interact with people from different back grounds and take part in the valuable work at STEPS NGO.

Health :Organizing Health camps and Awareness camps in rural and Urban areas.Teach life skills, latent talents, health & hygiene to children.Counseling for people and Supporting Advocacy and Awareness Efforts.

Academic Support :Preparing teaching, learning aids and English Conversation,Counseling, spending time with children, Gardening, School Sanitation and Tree Plantation.Train on basic computer skills, developing material for a curriculumTrain on communication skills and personality Development

Community Program : Community Mobilization - Enhance community participation, Sensitize on community issues. Assist in campaigning on various issues and Counseling people.

NGO Office :Designing of Documents and Process Documentation. Outsourcing data processing and publication. Designing a database and graphics. Fundraising and Administrative support.Website designing, Editing or writing proposals, press releases, newsletter articles, video scripts, web pages, etc. Managing other online volunteersVolunteer for social events ,Monitoring media, Captioning a video, Tagging photos and files with keywords.
